Charting your Course: Getting Anchored

It’s time to celebrate, be thankful and find gratitude in your life.

In this special episode, I am excited to share some news about the changes in my life and the podcast.

What do you have to be thankful for? It’s that time of year when we start to think of these things if we don’t already. I know some of you might be having a hard time with this question right now.

With the change of the season and upcoming holidays we become more grateful and thankful for what and who we have in our lives, our family members and friends. All the wonderful people that support us.

The moments we have had throughout the year that we hold in our hearts. We have the opportunity to be more mindful of our lives and get the most out of our time here.

You have the chance to live your best life possible. Why not do it now?

A Year later and here we are and we have a reason to celebrate! Can you believe the podcast  recently celebrated a one year anniversary? One year and episode 40!! What a gift this has been.

This show has been such a remarkable experience and I am so thankful. I have reached farther than I ever thought possible, Connected with people I would have never met.

You have given me more hope for the future and more reason to keep doing what I am doing. I am so grateful!

Thank you!!
