Time & Tide: Don’t Wait for Change

Suzanne Falter-

How far down do we have to fall to make the changes we want or need in life? What experiences do we have to go through to change how we think?

We are so busy that we miss out on many moments in our lives. We cannot stop the passing of time, and should not delay doing the things in our lives that matter. Time and tide wait for no one.

Suzanne Falter found herself spiraling with overworking and a failing relationship. It finally all came crashing down after the sudden death of her daughter.

This loss led Suzanne to reinventing her life through the power of self-care and with her daughter’s journal guiding her to understand the importance of the simple things in life. Her warm and authentic story is about the healing power of crisis and the importance of self-care and boundaries.

Today’s episode I will be talking with Suzanne about:

  • Making changes to better ourselves through Self-Care
  • Boundaries and why they are so important

Suzanne is the host of -Self-Care for Extremely Busy Women and author of The Extremely Busy Woman’s Guide to Self-Care where she helps those who are suffering from trauma, grief and burnout to find wholeness in their lives.

Time is precious and we need to start our journey now to create a more joyful life.
